Excellent service buying a car remotely

I was looking online for a car when I came across a Ford Focus TDCi at Ace4Cars based in Birmingham. The description and photos seemed to fit the bill but it is a long way from East Yorkshire where I live so I couldn't personally see the car. I decided to call them anyway. I was welcomed by Adam who was very helpful and pleasant. He described the car warts and all and sent me two videos on Whatsapp. He confirmed the car could be delivered at reasonable cost (300 miles round trip). I decided to go for it and the car as delivered to the door a few days later, serviced, with 1 years MOT. I should add that Adam was very helpful regarding the paperwork an quite open when dealing with my questions. I checked the car out and found Adam's description to be accurate. I am very happy with the transaction and believe I have value for money and an excellent service from Ace4Cars.
